Share Folder in Outlook
In your Outlook
- right click on the folder you want to share
- Select Properties
- Select the Permissions tab
- Click Add
- Under Address book, pull that down and select Global Address List - <your_email>@mtd.org
- in the box on the left now, Start typing the username of the user who you would like to share with (e.g. rblackman) then double click on her from the list below.
- Click Add at the bottom and OK
- Now you can apply Permission level, set read/write/edit options for her as you want.
- Click OK
When the user who you wisht to share with opens Outlook next time, she should have those folders in her list to open along the left side of the Outlook window.
